Insurance Payments during Covid-19

Please bear with us and note that there may be delay in submitting claims at this time, we are working hard to keep up with the high volume of claims coming through.

At Dragon, we recognise that veterinary treatment can add up (particularly during these challenging times) and we’re committed to assisting our clients, wherever possible. We are continuing to offer our clients access to the direct claims system, where we claim back the cost of treatment, directly from insurers. Unfortunately, due to social distancing, most insurance companies are taking longer to process and settle claims. For this reason, we have increased the amount required by ourselves (at the time of treatment), to £500. We can then liaise directly with insurers for the outstanding funds.

We would like to reassure you that we will never allow any pet to suffer and we will assess each case individually. We will do everything within our power to assist our vulnerable clients and their pets wherever possible.
