Out of Hours Change

Up until now, ChelVets has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the overnight on-call service to our partners, Vets Now Cheltenham. This service will be operated by experienced vets and nurses who will be on-site all night.

Vets Now Cheltenham will look after the out-of-hours service between 7pm-8:30am  weekdays and from 1pm  on a Saturday through to 8:30am on Monday morning, Christmas, Easter and bank holidays .

The Vets Now branch will remain in the same location and building as the previous Chelvets site. This change will come into force on the 1^st October.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at  our Dragon Vets, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
